I feel so comfortable and relaxed when I am away and know Debbie is caring for my children. My girls adore Debbie! They are so excited every time she comes to babysit. She plays with them and makes the evening so much fun while at the same time she feeds them dinner, bathes them, and gets them to bed on time. If Debbie is unable to babysit when I need her she is always willing to find me another sitter. The most important thing is to know that your children are well cared for and they will be if Debbie has anything to do with it. We are extremely blessed to have Debbie in our life! Just wanted to let you know what a great job Andrea did with Ted. We liked her so much that we actually extended her hours on two days that we were visiting Sea Island. She was energetic, fun and creative in a way that she played with Ted but was also very careful and responsible. It was a pleasure to have her with us. My husband and I have known Debbie Taylor for about three years now (our twin girls have just turned three.) From the first time we met Debbie it was if we had always known her. She has such a warm and caring personality. It's so appropriate she is 'officially' starting this wonderful babysitting service because she has always been providing it. Debbie's number is one of those numbers I have programmed into my cell phone (like my pediatrician) - she takes care of you and your children. Whenever I call on Debbie, she always has someone who does a great job with our twin girls. I would like to thank you so much for introducing my family to Layla. She was matched up with my family for the week while we were staying in Sea Island. She helped us every day with our 14 month old daughter, Reagan. We have only used one sitter for Reagan at home so that, coupled with her stranger anxiety, I was not quite sure what to expect in how she would react to someone new. It truly amazed me! She took to Layla right away. They had so much fun together taking strolls, playing outside, finding birds and playing in the pool. Reagan was so comfortable with Layla. Layla is moving to Atlanta which is where my family lives. She is going to continue babysitting for Reagan. What a wonderful experience we had with Sitters By The Shore. We are grateful we get to continue our relationship with Layla now that we are home!

I recently moved to St. Simons from Atlanta and was very concerned about the availability of qualified babysitters down here. Sitters By The Shore is a top notch, dependable service that I would highly recommend. I adore the two owners, Debbie Taylor and Barbara Ekberg - both babysit for my children regularly. I have a 2 ½ year old and 10 month old twins so that is not an easy task! Both Debbie and Barbara are so comfortable and loving with them, and they put all their energy into playing with them. Also, my son has a peanut allergy and when I discussed this with Debbie and Barbara, I was impressed by the questions asked and the reassurance I was given by them as to the level of care he would receive. If they can not sit for me, then they always find someone who can. They have also regularly found sitters for my friends that visit from out of town. I believe the quality of their referrals is superb.
