Agency Registration Fee: A $50 Registration Fee is billed to your credit card once your specific sitter has been confirmed.
There is a 3 Hour Minimum. Sitter's hourly rates start at $15 an hour(for up to Two children) and are paid directly to the sitter by cash, venmo, or check.
Refer to the service Fee for rates for more than 2 children.
The following dates are considered holidays. The rate for sitters will be doubled and $10 per hour will be placed on the credit card we have one file.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel with less than 34 hours' notice a $20 agency cancellation fee will be charged
Holidays: Sitters classify the following days as holidays and will require a $30 an hour rate:
- New Year's Eve
- New Year's Day
- Valentine's Day
- Easter
- Memorial Day
- Mother's Day
- Father's Day
- Fourth of July
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
Client is responsible for making provisions for meals for the children. Sitters do not expect to eat with children but will graciously accept meals when offered.
Sitters' gratuities are graciously accepted
Sitters ByThe Shore strives to provide screened, qualified sitters, but does not guarantee the credentials or performance of any sitter.
The agency agrees to provide referral services only, and is not party or bound to any agreements between the Client and Sitter, including but not limited to,
work agreements, swimming and driving permissions, the dispensing of medicine or medical care.
l, the undersigned "Client", understand and agree to the above terms and conditions. I release, discharge and indemnify Sitters By The Shore, their agents,
members, employees, contractors from all loss, costs (including attorney fees), expense claims, liability and damage to property or injury to any person including myself
(and the children of whom) I am parent or guardian resulting from the use of this child care referral service (and use of any equipment provided, i.e. toys,)
regardless of whether they may be wholly or partly negligent, or otherwise at fault. I agree to have my credit card charged accordingly to the billing policies stated above
